Emmerdale reveals Tracy Metcalfe's return storyline
What will her comeback mean for Nate?
In recent Emmerdale episodes,Nate's been doing all he can to stand by Naomi in the wake of her being accused of being among the gang that attacked Nicola – but he's about to get a big distraction.
Promising Naomi that he'll be there for her plea hearing, Nate soon finds himself occupied elsewhere when he spots Tracy and Frankie in the village.
Stunned that Tracy has made a return to the Dales, the encounter leaves Nate with a lot on his mind – while Tracy has to the news that Nate has moved on and appears to have found love again.

But as Tracy settles back in, it soon becomes clear that Nate hasn't moved on from their relationship as much as he claims to have done.
What does that mean for his current romance with Naomi – and will he still stand by her as she continues fighting her legal problems?
Tracy isn't the only familiar face making a comeback to the village as part of Emmerdale's grand 50th anniversary celebrations – other returning characters are on their way back to the Dales, too.

Aaron Dingle is returning as I'm a Celebrity's reigning champion Danny Miller reprises the role – and we know that Aaron is to be arrested before he even gets a chance to unpack.
And we will also get to see Diane Sugden again, as she'll be back on our screens in October, too. The three may wish they hadn't come back, though, as a huge storm is set to batter the village in the coming weeks.
And if you were wondering, no, there will not be a live episode for this anniversary. Emmerdale's executive producer Jane Hudson previously told Digital Spy: "There's a reason that viewers like the [live episodes], and that's because they are looking for something to go wrong."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV and streams on the ITV Hub.
