Emmerdale's Nate Robinson warns Mack after uncovering his baby secret

 Will Mack listen to him?

Emmerdale spoilers follow.

Emmerdale's Nate Robinson has finally worked out that Mackenzie Boyd is the father of Chloe Harris' unborn baby, and he's not happy about it.

In tonight's (December 21) episode, Nate figured out the truth when he clocked Mack's reaction when Amy Wyatt spoke about Chloe getting ready to leave the village following their falling-out.

After figuring out what was going on, Nate issued Mack with multiple warnings about keeping things secret, but Mack was having none of it.

"It's your kid and don't try to act like you don't care about it," Nate said, adding that he's never going to keep it a secret from Charity forever and despite all the inevitable fallout, he needs to step up and be the child's dad.

But despite all Nate's pressure, Mack refused to agree, stating: "I've made my choice, I can't be with Charity and be a dad."

There's more drama to come for Chloe to come, as she faces going to prison after giving a false police statement over her bust-up with Charity Dingle.

Actress Jessica Elland recently spoke about how her character is dealing with all of this, saying: "Chloe is definitely a bit of a swan in the sense that she seems very calm, aloof and cool on the surface, but underneath her legs are going like mad, and I think this situation is the perfect example of that...

"I think it's a pride thing. Chloe knows that she isn't wanted, so before she can get kicked out, she jumps the gun and says that she is going to leave for somewhere better anyway."

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
