Melissa George confirms she is having a baby boy!

Australian star Melissa George, 47, has officially revealed she has another baby on the way!

The Hollywood star recently shared a series of photos to her Instagram story of inside her baby shower... not only confirming previous speculation of her pregnancy but also revealing she is having a baby boy!

Melissa's pregnancy was first speculated in January 2024 after she shared photos to her Instagram story showing off a large baby bump. 

On March 4, 2024, she then shared a series of photos and videos to her Instagram story from inside her baby shower. 


Melissa rose to fame after her role as Angel Parrish on the iconic Australian soap opera Home and Away.

She has since achieved major success in Hollywood playing in various movies and TV shows such as Dark City, Friends, Alias, The Limey, and Derailed.


Melissa currently shares two children with her ex-partner Jean-David Blanc. She has two sons, Raphael, who is nine, and Solal, who is seven. 

Though at the time she was yet to officially announce her pregnancy, she posted various images to Instagram suggesting that a baby was on the way...

She was seen showing off her baby bump in a baggy sweater as her youngest son, Solal, cuddled her from behind. 



We also saw a glimpse of the baby bump while she wore a sheer white outfit and clearly showed off her belly as she glanced out the window.

At the time, these posts were the only confirmation of the happy news.

Melissa often shares about how much she loves being a mother.


In May 2023, she shared an Instagram post of her and her eldest son from when she was still pregnant with her youngest. 

"Being a mother is everything. #happymothersday," she wrote.

Back in 2020, she posted two pictures referring to her sons as being the loves of her life.

She shared a picture of her and Solal with the caption, "the second love of my life."

This image was followed by another post of her and Raphael with the caption, "the first love of my life."


In May 2019. Melissa shared an adorable photograph of her and her sons holding hands and walking through the street.

"Becoming your mother is the greatest thing I will ever do," she wrote. "I love you, my little men."
