Home and Away's Remi to suffer major health scare in worrying storyline

Home and Away's Remi Carter will suffer a major health scare in next week's episodes.

Remi has been pulling double-duty working on music for both Kirby Aramoana and Avalon Bracken recently, and the pressure has been getting to him. This week's scenes see Avalon invite him to a party and hand him a sachet of drugs as a "little helper".

In the episodes set to air next week, Remi is stressing out at the thought of writing and producing a whole new song for Kirby and Avalon to duet on.

Avalon has a go at Remi, asking if he's normally this cranky or whether it's the drugs.

Justin Morgan pushes Remi to know when the recording will be ready, and in his stress, Remi tells him it'll be ready in three days.

Having committed to such a short turnaround, Remi turns to the rest of the drugs to get him through...

Justin starts annoying Mackenzie Booth and Sonny Baldwin by roping them into getting Salt ready for the launch and micro-managing every inch of it.

For two days, he's unable to reach Remi's phone, and Bree Cameron is equally worried despite Eden Fowler and Sonny assuring them that everything is surely fine.

At the eve of the launch, Justin finally manages to get through to Remi, who is beyond exhausted. He tries to reassure Justin it's all good, but Justin's constant questioning leads him to hang up.

Justin asks Sonny to go and find Remi, and when he bursts into the producer's room, he sees him lying face down next to an empty bag of drugs.

Will he be okay?
