What's coming up in Walford?
Next week on EastEnders, Zoe gets a shock when she receives another sinister threat at Walford’s Christmas lights switch on. Meanwhile, Howie proposes to Kim but faces pressure from Anthony, while Anna and Freddie say goodbye to the Square.

After the Christmas lights drama, Zoe finds something in Tommy’s rucksack that leads her to believe he is her secret tormentor. As Tommy insists to his parents that he is innocent, Zoe lashes out at his whole family then picks a fight with Vicki downstairs in the bar.
Kat intervenes in this row, and feels she has no choice but to ask her daughter to move out of the pub. With the Slaters saying a final goodbye to Freddie, Zoe is given a lifeline by Anthony, who invites her to stay at his house.
Anna plays peacemaker
Harry’s addiction spirals out of control, as he makes up an excuse to take his mum’s credit card then uses it for drugs. Meanwhile, Anna is determined to build bridges between Kojo, Gina and Harry before she heads off on her travels, and she speaks to George about forgiveness.
Nicola is scared about what Teddy’s decision to plead guilty will do to Harry, and she continues to keep the truth from him…
Anthony and Howie face off
Anthony works to collect evidence against Howie, then confronts him about his suspicions. However, the power dynamic between the two men suddenly takes an unexpected turn. While Kim organises her engagement party, Anthony and Howie have big secrets that they want to keep under wraps.
But at the family event, things don’t go to plan and loose lips cause a lot of trouble. What will be revealed?
Jean struggles
Lily grows increasingly concerned about Jean’s mental health, as she finds it difficult to cope with Freddie leaving the Square. Taking matters into her own hands, Lily speaks to Anthony, who suggests that Jean should book a GP appointment with me. But when she tells this to Jean, she angrily refuses to seek help. Can Lily change her mind?
Harry's guilt escalates
Nicola heads to Teddy’s plea hearing and leaves Harry with Billy and Honey – but he soon sneaks off to find more money for drugs. Outside, Harry runs into Okie’s sister Deija, and when she invites him to her brother’s memorial, he feels even more guilty.
George takes Anna’s advice, and he, Kojo and Gina head over to speak to Harry – then he and Nicola leave the group to talk. Kojo spots the invite from Deija and encourages Harry to go to the memorial with him. Meanwhile, Nicola feels sick at McKlunky’s, but doesn’t tell George that she’s pregnant. How long will she keep this secret for?
Nigel casts his film
Nigel, Lexi and Julie hold auditions for his upcoming Christmas film, and Priya, Elaine, Callum, Harvey and Ian all turn up in the hope of bagging a starring role in the project. Later, Lexi asks Billy to help persuade Phil to take part in the film. Will reluctant Phil agree to play along?
