 Harper's new man isn't all he seems.

Home and Away is lining up a dangerous new romance for Harper Matheson. In scenes that haven't aired in the UK yet, Australian viewers have seen Harper (Jessica Redmayne) growing closer to her new love interest Beau (Blake Richardson).

But in scenes to air in Australia this week and in a few weeks' time in the UK, Beau's dark secret will be revealed, potentially spelling disaster for Harper, TV Week has revealed.

Dana will notice how much happier her sister Harper seems since meeting Beau, and how well her co-parenting with Tane is going.

Speaking about Harper's new found happiness, Redmayne told TV Week: "Harper and Tane’s relationship has found a healthy place. They’re balancing co-parenting well after a tumultuous few months. Then, Harper meets Beau in the gym while training with Sonny and her first impression is that she likes what she sees!"

But Dana's boyfriend Sonny knows Beau's secret as Harper's new guy has been selling steroids to him in the gym and he's desperate for no one to find out.

But Sonny's secret is soon exposed by Remi who confronts his friend, leading to Sonny lashing out and hitting him on the jaw.

Adam Rowland, who plays Remi, explained: "Alarm bells are ringing for such uncharacteristic behaviour. When the aggression gets to a whole new level, Remi is forced to invade Sonny’s privacy and call him out."

When Dana notices Remi's bruises he tells her everything but she refused to accept that her boyfriend has a drug addiction.

Meanwhile, when Harper and Beau are hanging out together on the beach, she notices that his phone won't stop pinging. Beau explains it away as clients trying to get in touch.

Later he meets with Sonny who has been trying to contact him as he's desperate for more pills.

As Sonny doesn't have the money, Beau agrees to front the cost for him. But what will Beau end up wanting in return?
