EastEnders reveals first look at Lauren and Mark passion after cliffhanger

 Will they give in to temptation?

EastEnders has revealed a first look at the upcoming passion between Lauren Branning and Mark Fowler following a cliffhanger that aired at the end of tonight's episode.

In two newly released images, Lauren and Mark find themselves alone in the Boxing Den, and their growing attraction becomes impossible to deny. Will temptation finally push them to act on their feelings?

In tonight's episode, Mark told an angry Lauren that he would be the one delivering a car they were illegally selling.

On the way, the police spotted Mark, but he sped off, fearing the worst. He called Lauren, telling her he was in trouble and explaining that the police had been searching for him.

He asked Lauren to bring him the fake plates to Sonny's dad's worksite, telling her that was the only way he could get out of there.

Lauren came through for Mark and delivered the items, telling him: "If I get nicked, I'm going to stick these where the sun don't shine."

During a heated exchange, Lauren said she didn't even know why she went there in the first place, with Mark saying: "Because you want me. That's why you came here."

"You want me, Lauren. And I want you. That's why I called you. That's why I pulled you in. And that is why we are stood here right now.

"So you can go home, pretend like it's something else, but if I called you, you'd turn up. And we both know why."

As the pair shared a passionate kiss, they heard sirens in the distance, so Lauren told Mark to put the new plates on the car.

When Lauren dropped Mark home, he said: "I want you. And I think you want me too. That's why you turned up. That's why that happened."

He added: "Look, I'm going to the gym and I'm going to wait. And if I'm right, you'll turn up again. But if you don't, it is strictly business from now on, I promise."

Lauren was then seen entering the gym, where she told Mark to lock up and then closed the blinds.
