 Ian faces his day in court

Ian is preparing for his day in court over Jordan's accident, and is supported by his family.

Ian is left feeling more positive about his future when his lawyer gives him a reason to be hopeful, but he then breaks his bail conditions by going to see Chelsea.

Feeling desperate, Ian begs her for help, but Chelsea stands firm and orders him to leave.

 Chelsea makes a huge decision

Chelsea is overcome with emotion following her showdown with Ian, and confesses her guilt over Jordan's accident to Kim. Determined to do the right thing, Chelsea later calls Ian and promises to help him at the hearing.

However, Chelsea and Kim find themselves delayed on their way to court, just as the judge prepares to deliver the verdict.

Ian anxiously waits for Chelsea's arrival, but will she make it on time?

 New romance for Linda

Kat and Sharon clock Linda having lunch with newcomer Clive.

Linda then faces gentle teasing over the potential new romance, all while trying to rally support for the community centre.

Later, Clive invites Linda on another date, and she accepts.

 George faces a difficult decision

George faces a dilemma when someone from his past questions him on his decision regarding Eddie's funeral.

As a result, George is forced to reconsider his earlier decision not to let Eddie be buried with Gloria.

Gray's behaviour leaves Sheila nervous

Chelsea tells Sheila how she feels that she is partially to blame for what happened to Jordan.

Sheila repeats this to Gray during another visit, but is left unsettled by his reaction.

 George confides in Eve

George visits Gloria's grave, overcome with guilt.

Later, Eve and Jean are shocked to find George drunk on a bench and are worried for him.

Eve insists on staying with George, who begins to confide in her.

Nicola clashes with Suki and Eve

Elaine tries to support George over his ongoing issues with Nicola, but a misunderstanding between the couple leads to a confrontation.

As Nicola reels from another row with George, she later takes her anger out on Suki and Eve.

 Gray continues to scheme

Gray returns to his wing following a chat with Sheila, and gets an idea.

As Gray continues to scheme from his cell, Sheila is starting to question Chelsea's behaviour back in the Square.

With Sheila's doubts over Chelsea intensifying, she ends up playing straight into Gray's manipulations.

 Nicola and George have a breakthrough

Phil tries to mediate between Nicola and George, who are still struggling to get on the same page.

As Nicola grows worried about George's state of mind, she encourages him to meet her at Harry's Barn when she vows to get to the bottom of what's really going on with him.

Nicola questions George on what's causing him to feel so guilty and opens up about her own past.

Sharon makes a discovery

Elaine and Sharon watch Linda flirt with Clive.

However, Sharon is left shocked by a passing comment from Elaine on something that happened while she was away.

Unsettled by this, Sharon later pushes Phil for answers.

Chelsea makes a big decision

Sheila confronts Chelsea, determined to find a way to still see Jordan.

When Chelsea and Kim visit Denise, Chelsea tells her mum the truth about Jordan's accident and the role she played in it.

Afterwards, Chelsea decides to be honest with Jordan about Sheila and agrees to let him spend more time with her.
