EastEnders confirms Ravi drama as he closes in on Max and Priya secret

 He correctly suspects Priya's secret lover…

EastEnders fans will see Ravi Gulati finally join the dots next week, as he begins to suspect that Max Branning is the mystery man that his fiancée Priya Nandra-Hart has been sleeping with.

Although Priya has finally accepted Ravi's proposal – after encouragement from Max, of all people – she's still very keen to keep this huge relationship update on the down-low.

At the start of next week, Ravi pushes Priya to announce their engagement to Avani and Nugget, but she's still not convinced.

Matters become more complicated when Priya catches Nugget dealing weed again. She's furious that her teenage son is still involved with drugs, especially after the earful she gave him recently. As Priya scolds Nugget, it's Max who intervenes and offers his support.

Despite Max looming large, Priya is impressed with how far Ravi has come since his recent return to the Square, so she finally decides it's time to tell the kids that they're engaged.

Ravi can't wait to shout about their romantic reunion, but he's determined to tie up all loose ends, so he quizzes Priya again about the man she was seeing recently. Priya remains tight-lipped, but Ravi soon gets a big clue…

"Max walks Priya home after work, and the pair share a moment before they say goodnight," explains our spy.

The affair might be over but there are still sparks between them – sparks which Ravi witnesses from a distance! Is this the moment the penny finally drops?"

As the week continues, a suspicious Ravi keeps his eye on Max and comes up with a way to confirm what he already believes – that Max is the man he's been searching for.

Will Max twig that he needs to watch his back where Ravi is concerned?
