Hollyoaks spoilers for next week 24 to 26 August Promo

 Next week on Hollyoaks, James attempts to win Ste back as the village gathers to say goodbye to Rex. Meanwhile, struggling Vicky gets help from her loved ones and Cindy wants answers about her arrest.

Monday 24 August - Episode 6761

Gemma gets her dad a painting as a celebratory gift, with Donny having made a successful arrest in the gang he has been investigating – but he has no idea that Gemma is the secret mastermind behind this criminal activity.

Meanwhile, Gemma gives Warren the news that Sebastian can return home from hospital following his successful bone marrow transplant. With Mercedes starting a new business and upselling the Marias’ old clothes, things are looking up. But their happiness is short-lived…

 Vicky's loved ones reach out

Donny realises that Vicky could be struggling with an eating disorder, so he rather bluntly addresses the subject to his daughter. Later, as the family eat together, Vicky’s loved ones encourage her to open up about what she’s going through.

Worried Donny asks Vicky to have dinner with the whole family every night. Will this prove helpful to Vicky’s recovery, and will she accept the help she needs?

 Ste rages at James

Ro has the idea to set up a memorial for Rex, as the teen grieves his dear friend, and Ste gives him his blessing to do so.

Later, Ste is furious to find James in his house, and he promptly kicks out his ex-husband. Ste is still convinced that James has something to do with Rex’s death, so he gets his daughter on board and asks Leah to do some digging.

Tuesday 25 August - Episode 6762

As Leah gets stuck in doing some research on Rex’s killer Martin, James has hope that he can get Ste to trust him again so goes to Beth for some help on a secret plan.

Meanwhile, Cindy vows to Beth that she will get to the bottom of why Martin set her up – unaware that Beth was behind the whole thing. Later, Cindy catches Beth looking suspicious. What has she uncovered?

Donny makes his feelings clear

Donny shares an emotional moment with Gemma and tells his daughter how proud he is of her. But will Donny ever discover that Gemma is right at the heart of a huge criminal scheme?

 Maddox makes a confession

When Tony and Eva return to the village after their holiday, Cindy accidentally reveals that Dee Dee and Maddox recently had sex. Cindy quickly tries to back track but it’s too late, as Tony yells at Maddox and Abigail gets involved to defend Dee Dee.

Later, Tony gets Maddox to help him out in The Dog. During a conversation, Maddox tells Tony that his romance with Dee Dee isn’t serious. However, Dee Dee overhears this chat and jumps in to confront Maddox about his admission.

Wednesday 26 August - Episode 6763

As Ro hosts a memorial for Rex in the park, James brings some flowers for Ste. He later desperately looks for Beth but finds Jonah instead, and the two men unexpectedly make friends.

The community comes together to support Ste, and Abigail says a few words at the memorial. But will Ste change his mind about James?

Dee Dee makes a discovery

The Hutchinson kids face consequences for their actions over the summer, when it’s revealed that the park kiosk has barely made any money – so they are told to put in extra effort to generate more cash.

After Rex’s memorial, Dee Dee finds Abigail crying in her car. Having previously seen her former counsellor in a vulnerable state, how will Dee Dee respond?

 Meet Xander

Cindy sets off on a mission to find out who set her up for Rex’s death, borrowing Darren’s cab and getting Beth to tag along. She pretends to be a taxi driver and picks up a mysterious man from the gym – newcomer Xander.

Dropping the act, Cindy introduces herself and asks Xander why his dad Martin set her up. Will Xander be able to make things clearer for Cindy, and could Beth’s secret be exposed?
