Home and Away spoilers for next week 2 to 6 November 2026

 Coming up on Home and Away, time is running out for critically-ill Eden as Cash struggles to be there for his wife when she needs him most.

Elsewhere, Lacey and Dylan's first date doesn't go to plan, and Tane receives distressing news about little Archie.

Lacey and Dylan's date goes wrong

Lacey is getting ready for her date with Dylan but Jo still worries she's not ready for another relationship.

Jo's fears prove to be founded when Lacey hits the wine to combat her nerves and makes Dylan feel uneasy with her overly flirty behaviour.

After secretly spying from afar, Sonny and Jo decide it's time to intervene.

Dylan is set on Lacey

Dylan apologises to Sonny for not telling him about Lacey, but insists her drunken behaviour hasn't put him off from wanting to see her again.

Back at the Langhams', Amelia gets short shrift from Jo after encouraging Lacey to go for it with Dylan. But David is proud of his daughter for putting herself back out there.

 David is annoyed with Amelia

Justin fears David may never forgive him for lying about Richie, but Alf and Leah think he should try to clear the air.

When David shows up at the Coffee Cart, Justin scarpers, leaving Leah to explain that Amelia asked them to give David space.

This annoys David, who feels Amelia has overstepped the mark once again.

David and Justin make amends

As Amelia defends her actions, David suggests they make a pact to trust each other when they say they've dealt with something.

This sparks another conversation about Amelia's future after Levi returns to work at the hospital.

Later, Justin arrives at David's doorstep with beers and the pair agree to put the whole Richie business behind them.

Tane receives news about Archie

Tane receives a call from Harper to say Archie is in hospital after falling off the swing at daycare.

The distressing news hits Tane hard, particularly after he learns that even Dana was notified before him.

Tane snaps at Alf, but later apologises for his outburst after Mali makes him realise he can still be a good dad despite the distance between him and Archie.

 Richie rises to the challenge

The day of the Bronze Medallion assessment arrives and Richie is eager to impress John.

He works hard and fast in the fitness challenge, ahead of the pack, and helps one of his fellow students when they suffer a fall.

Afterwards, John congratulates Richie for making it through, but his excitement is overshadowed by the news that Eden's been taken to hospital.

 Eden's health takes a sudden turn

Eden undergoes a transfusion in the hospital as Cash makes plans for her to meet with fellow aplastic anaemia sufferer Melanie.

The next morning, Cash is excited to hear Melanie is visiting that day but Eden isn't feeling well and goes to lie down.

When Eden emerges from her rest, she struggles to pour herself a glass of water. Shivering uncontrollably, Eden drops the glass and Cash knows something is really wrong.

Cash walks out on Eden

Cash rushes Eden to the ED, but by the time they get there she's barely conscious and struggling to breathe.

Eden's consultant Dr Pope explains she's had a bad reaction to the transfusion and they're running out of ways to treat her.

Cash becomes overwhelmed and walks out of the hospital, unable to cope with what's happening to his wife.

Cash makes a heartbreaking discovery

Cash returns home and opens up his laptop to discover that Melanie has passed away suddenly.

Remi arrives to find Cash knocking back whiskey and fearing Eden has no chance of survival now Melanie is gone.

After drunkenly dismissing Remi, Cash makes a desperate call to Gary for help.

 Eden undergoes further treatment

Dr Pope presents the option of Eden undergoing chelation therapy. Knowing this could be her last chance, Eden commits to the treatment.

Meanwhile, Tane tries to get through to Cash that he's needed back at the hospital, but is met with an angry response.

In that moment Gary arrives and Tane hopes he will be able to sort Cash out.

 Eden wants to get home to Cash

Gary refuses to join Cash's pity party and orders him to ditch the drink and get back to Eden.

Eden wakes up from chelation therapy and is worried about Cash's absence, knowing that he's too frightened to face her.

Determined to get back to her husband, a frail Eden tries to discharge herself as Levi and Remi watch on in despair.

 Gary hurts Remi's feelings

Before Eden has the chance to leave, Cash suddenly shows up with Gary and promises he won't leave her side ever again.

Remi makes his feelings about Cash's cowardly behaviour known, but Gary implies he's not family and has no business being there.

Offended by Gary's harsh words, Remi takes himself off to Salt for a drink.

 Reality bites for Abigail

Richie surprises John by announcing he's completed all the online modules for his Bronze Medallion.

As the next training session starts, Richie shines once more but is distracted when he sees Abigail looking emotional.

Abigail breaks down in her boyfriend's arms, fearing these really could be Eden's last days.
