Coming up on Home and Away, Sonny's secret drug habit is at risk of being exposed when Beau sets his sights on Harper.

Elsewhere, Abigail and Remi have an embarrassing misunderstanding, and Cash questions the future of his marriage after Eden asks him to undergo a vasectomy.

Amelia saves the day for David

As David regains consciousness, Doctor Amelia is there to reassure him that he's in safe hands.

David panics when he realises his wedding ring is missing, but Amelia is able to retrieve the precious item of jewellery.

She asks after David's wife and learns that she passed away several years ago.

Lacey attacks Abigail

Lacey and Jo are on the warpath over their dad's shooting and are horrified when Cash reveals that Richie hasn't been charged yet.

Meanwhile, Richie has a call with the police commissioner and learns his hearing has been set for the following day.

Abigail takes pity on Richie and appeals to Lacey to see it was an accident, but she slaps her in the face for defending him.

Richie ends things with Abigail

Richie goes to see David, but his presence triggers traumatic flashbacks and leads David's heart rate to soar.

Fleeing the hospital, Richie returns to the scene of the crime. Cash finds him there and offers his support, which comes as a surprise to Richie.

Soon it's time for the hearing, but Richie rejects Abigail's offer to come with him and calls time on their romance.

 Abigail makes a new connection

Abigail is distraught in the wake of being dumped by Richie, so Eden asks a reluctant Remi to keep an eye on her.

Remi tries to cheer her up in the only way he knows how – with shots of tequila – and Abigail starts to warm towards him.

Soon a drunken Abigail is trying to get Remi to dance with her and when Eden arrives home she can see her sister is smitten.

Lacey has a change of heart

Lacey is adamant David shouldn't return to work after what's happened, but Jo disagrees, knowing how much their dad's job means to him.

Afterwards, Lacey goes to Salt and apologises to Eden for slapping Abigail.

Eden is able to give Lacey some perspective about having a loved one as a cop, which makes her realise she can't force David to quit.

Mali grows suspicious about Sonny and Beau

Harper makes plans for some quiet time without Alfie, but soon realises how much she's missing her little boy.

In need of a purpose, Harper joins Sonny at the gym, where she meets his steroid supplier, Beau. As the pair start flirting, panicked Sonny lies that Beau is his physio.

Sonny later returns to Summer Bay Fitness to get some gear from Beau, but Mali sees them together and is suspicious.

 Remi sets Abigail straight

Remi privately starts to worry Abigail has a crush on him and tries to downplay their drunken tequila night.

When Abigail still doesn't get the hint, Remi makes it very clear he won't be her rebound guy.

Abigail is horrified by the suggestion, which makes Remi realise that it's all Eden's fault for putting the idea into his head in the first place.

 Eden wants Cash to get the snip

den goes to see her doctor about getting a tubal ligation, but is told they wouldn't perform that procedure on a woman her age.

She vents her frustrations to Cash and turns the tables by suggesting he gets a vasectomy instead.

Eden's request totally rocks Cash and after spending the night driving alone, he tells her he's not prepared to make such a life-changing decision.

Sonny worries as Beau gets too close for comfort

Sonny's cage is rattled when Dana runs into him and Beau and invites his 'physio' for a game of pool.

As Beau fishes for information on Harper from Dana, Sonny fears his secret is under threat and cuts the chat short with a lie.

Dana starts to notice that something is bothering her boyfriend and asks Mali to keep an eye on Sonny at the gym.

Sonny's stress grows as Beau sets his sights on Harper

Mali checks in on Sonny to see how he's doing, only to get his head bitten off.

When Dana later runs into Beau, he manipulates her concern for Sonny by promising to look out for him in exchange for getting Harper's number.

Dana is happy to oblige, but Sonny is consumed by panic when he realises that his dealer is now part of their social circle.

Sonny spins another lie

Desperate to keep Beau and Harper apart, Sonny spins a lie that Beau already has a girlfriend.

Dana breaks the news to Harper, who confronts her admirer. Beau is totally bemused and insists there's no one else so Harper agrees to have a drink with him.

During their date, Harper opens up about her life as a single mum and tells Beau she'd like the chance to see him again.

Things go from bad to worse for Sonny

Sonny has some explaining to do when Dana confronts him about their missing rent payments. He admits responsibility, but fails to admit he used the money to buy steroids.

Later, Sonny tries once again to dissuade Beau from pursuing Harper, but this backfires.

Sonny is able to cover the rent by securing a loan from Remi, but he fears there's no stopping this blossoming romance between Beau and Harper.

 Cash and Eden are in crisis

Eden stands firm on her decision not to have children, but Cash still believes they should keep their options open and refuses to have a vasectomy.

The couple are at a crossroads and Cash devastates Eden by admitting he's not sure their marriage can survive.
