 What's next in Summer Bay?

Coming up on Home and Away, Sonny confesses his crimes to the police, throwing his future wedding to Dana in doubt.

Elsewhere, Harper hatches a drastic escape plan, and Marilyn quits her job at the Diner following Leah's treatment towards Zane.

 Marilyn's friend Zane drops a bombshell

Zane opens up to Marilyn and Alf about his criminal past. He reveals that he went to jail after attacking a young girl during a robbery.

Marilyn is forgiving and believes that Zane deserves another chance. She asks Leah to consider giving him a job, but David warns Leah to be careful.

Alf also remains wary of Zane's intentions and refuses to give him an easy ride.

Dana demands answers

Cash confronts Sonny and asks if he knew anything about steroids being dealt at the gym. Sonny denies all knowledge, but Dana is suspicious.

Later, she confronts her fiancé, wanting to know why he remained silent about purchasing drugs just a few weeks back.

Dana urges Sonny to go to the police, but instead he whisks her off to the city to buy an engagement ring.

 David tries to make amends

Lacey tries to educate David on the concept of 'friend-zoning', pointing out that he needs to make an effort if he wants Amelia in his life.

Taking this advice on board, David invites Amelia for coffee, but she doesn't want to discuss things anymore.

Jo is convinced that David feels the same and is surprised to learn that Amelia has handed in her notice and will be leaving the Bay at the end of the week.

Leah says the wrong thing

Mali sees Alf giving Zane a hard time and takes pity on the ex-convict. Meanwhile, Marilyn manages to persuade Leah to give Zane a trial shift.

After making a string of mistakes on the job, Zane is hurt when he overhears Leah say that she only gave him the shift as a favour to Marilyn.

Feeling defeated, Zane writes a goodbye note for Marilyn and leaves town.

 Dana starts wedding planning

Dana excitedly shows off her engagement ring before meeting with John to discuss logistics for the wedding.

When John questions if Sonny has been questioned by the cops, Dana is quick to shut down the conversation.

Grateful for John's help, Dana tells him that she wishes he wasn't her celebrant so he could walk her down the aisle.

 Levi faces an uncertain future

Amelia finds herself on the receiving end of Levi's rage when she tells him that she's handed her notice in. Mackenzie witnesses her partner's outburst and is shocked by his behaviour.

Later, Levi admits that he fears his injury has impacted his fine motor skills and ability to perform surgery.

 Amelia has a change of heart

Jo tries to get Amelia to reconsider going – explaining what a positive impact she's had on David's life.

Their chat leaves Amelia with food for thought as she dares to dream that she may have a romantic future with David.

A short while later, Levi receives a call from the hospital to say that Amelia has changed her mind and will stay on at the hospital to cover his absence.

Marilyn quits the Diner

Marilyn is gutted to hear that Zane has gone and heads out to look for him, but has no luck.

When Justin questions if Zane is now in breach of his parole, Marilyn is beside herself with worry and feels as if she's let him down.

Leah tries to offer her support, but Marilyn snaps back by telling her that she's quitting her job, starting now!

Remi outs Sonny to Eden

Prompted by Dana, Sonny goes to see Remi and asks if they can fix their friendship so he can be his best man.

Remi agrees on the condition that Sonny is no longer dealing drugs for Beau. But Sonny's awkward silence is all the answer Remi needs.

Eden witnesses the pair's heated showdown and Remi later admits the truth, but makes her swear to secrecy.

Beau bullies Harper

Beau returns from his trip away with Harper, but his mind is set on revenge as he orders his lackeys to take care of Remi.

The next morning, Harper and Sonny are both suspicious when Beau reveals that Remi has been beaten up.

Harper confronts her boyfriend, who coerces her into lying to the police that they were together at the time of the attack.

Sonny makes a confession

Sonny's web of lies finally unravels when Dana overhears him admitting to being Beau's secret dealer.

Dana's hurt quickly turns to horror when she realises that Harper and Archie could be in danger from this man.

Later on, Sonny goes to the police station and makes a full confession. Cash grants him bail but charges Sonny with possession and supply.

 Tane fears for Harper's safety

Beau's control over Harper reaches new levels as he tells her that Archie is only allowed a short visit with Tane.

When Harper finds Tane at the gym, he expresses his concern about what's going on.

But unable to reveal Beau's true nature, Harper loses her patience and snaps at Tane.

Remi gives Sonny another chance

Cash goes to see Remi at his hospital bedside. While Remi didn't get a good look at his attackers, he is certain that Beau was behind it.

Eden has zero sympathy for Sonny, but Remi feels their anger should be directed at Beau.

Sonny is determined to right his wrongs, and despite everything Remi promises to be there for him.

Harper hatches her escape

As Beau is taken to the station for questioning, Dana decides it's time to tell Harper the truth about her boyfriend.

Cash questions Beau, who is adamant that Harper will back up his alibi for the time of Remi's attack.

But what Beau doesn't know is that Harper is preparing to do a runner with Archie before he gets home.
